Standard Texts Web Pending Authorization Holds Thank you for your email regarding your recent order with ULTA.com (insert order number). I apologize for any confusion you have experienced. The charges you are seeing are pending authorization holds. Each time you attempt to place an order and click submit a pending authorization hold may be placed on your account by your financial institution. ULTA.com does not charge an individual credit card until the order ships. Depending on your bank, these holds generally fall of within 72 business hours. When you receive a confirmation email with an order number included then you will know the order was successfully placed. In the event that you do not receive a confirmation email with an order number, a successful order was not placed. Once again, I do sincerely apologize for any confusion. Please feel free to contact us further with any other questions. We would love to be able to further assist you as we value you as a customer and hope to continue to service you in the further on our website and in stores. Thank you for being an ULTA customer. Web Order Returns (procedure question) Thank you for your email regarding the ULTA.com return policy. If you would like to return your purchase in one of our ULTA locations please print out your email confirmation sheet with the prices on it to accompany the return. In the store you will have two options. You will be able to do an exchange or if you do a complete return you will receive store credit. If you would like to receive money back please return the product back to us within 60 days. The warehouse will then process your return within 30 days of the order arriving back into the system. The refund will then appear on your credit card. Please email back if you have additional questions regarding more details on how the in store return process works or the warehouse return process. We value you as a customer and want to make sure you receive the best possible service. Thank you for being an ULTA customer. Web Order Returns (Wanting to know where refund is) Thank you for your email regarding order (insert order). I am showing that the order was recently checked into our Distribution Center on (insert date). From the time a return is checked back into our system it can take up to 30 days to fully process. I apologize for the inconvenience; however the refund will appear on your credit card within the specified time frame. Thank you for being a valued ULTA customer and for choosing to shop with us. Please feel free to contact us further with any other questions or concerns. Web Order Returns (Past due refund) Thank you for your email regarding your returned order (insert order). I apologize for the inconvenience of your refund not being promptly processed. I have refunded your credit card for the amount of (insert amount). You will see the refund appear within 3 to 5 business days.
