WEEK 4 ASSIGMENT 2Innovation architecture is the structures within an organization that support innovation from the brainstorming stage to final fulfillment. The better the infrastructure and the simpler theprocedures involved, the more likely workers will be innovators (Miller & Wedell-Wedellsborg, 2013). I had the pleasure of interviewing Marsha LeBlanc who is a part of the management teamat Black Stone Country Club in Peoria, Arizona. Throughout the interview, I learned valuable things about effective innovation architecture, I recognized some encounters I might face when itcomes to proposing and seeing innovations through in the organizations I might be involved in, and how I will apply what I learned in my interview and about innovation architecture to help promote a society of innovation within my own corporation. LessonsAfter my interview, the most valuable things I learned about effective innovation architecture is that organization plays a significant role when it comes to innovation and making it possible for employees to bring innovative ideas to completion. It is important to have an organized approach to ensure the creativity is not analogous to gambling and certify an organization is efficient and effective in all phases of the innovation process (Holst, 2018). After my interview, I learned that if you struggle with the implementation of an idea, then being good at idea creation is a waste of time and energy, as little of these concepts get fulfilled. Marsha LeBlanc explained her struggles with getting the innovative ideas to fulfillment which has led to ideas not being able to be produced. Because her organization does not have a structured innovation process, she is not able to implement successful innovation. In addition, giving
