Unformatted text preview: concepts from health psychology. They need to be able to understand how important mental health is with the rest of our health. It has connections to our physical health, it has importance to pain management, and help preventing disease and curing physical diseases. When giving my speech I would let them know how much of a connection mental health and physical health has to each other. How biological issues and some social conditions can have an impact on illness and health, behavioral factors do as well. That we are going to need a health care policy and it should view all the different factors, and that it should be able to handle any kind of health issue that happens. Another point I would give them is how mental health components can help the aid of curing diseases, as well how health components help out in preventing physical disease. I would let them know that having this concept can give them ways to save a lot of money....
