0618-231 Technical Programming I Fall 20071 Laboratory Assignment Two (due in Week #3) Problem Solving Learning Objectives: This lab assignment is intended to allow you to demonstrate that you can solve a problem using elementary procedural programming skills. This assignment is to be electronically submitted NLT 11:59 pm on Sunday September 23, 2007 . There is also a portion of this assignment to be checked by the instructor during your lab session. Task #1: Pre-Laboratory Activities: 1. Review the course materials posted at the myCourses.com course site. 2. 3. Construct a program which uses Cramer’s rule to solve for the value of two unknowns ( X 1 and X 2 ) given a set of two linear equations. See problem 14a on page 100.
