Microcomputer Systems and Lab Fall, 2010 微算機系統與實驗講義 Microcomputer Systems and Lab Fall, 2010 微算機系統與實驗講義 Lab # 9 步進馬達控制實驗 一、實驗目的: 瞭解步進馬達的電路結構以及相關的控制方法, 1 相激磁、 2 相激磁、 1-2 相激磁。請參考課本第七章 7-196 開始。 二、實驗說明: 利用一個 port 的四個 bits 來控制馬達,接到單板 F112 上的 JP01 ,馬達上有 六隻腳,分別是四支信號腳位及兩支參考電壓腳位 ( 褐色, V_ref) ,接到單板的 JP01 馬達的動作方式: (1) 1 相激磁: 例如先給馬達信號 0001 ,再給 0010 ,這樣馬達就會轉一步,一步是固 定的角度 ( 一個 step) ,這也是所謂步進 (stepping motor) 馬達的意思,同理, 接著給 0100 1000 0001 ,馬達就會接著轉,同理若給 0001 1000 0100 等等,就會轉另一個方向,非常容易。 (2) 2 相激磁: 1 相激磁類似,先給
