Competitive advantage Compare to Canada, Jamaica has a competitive advantage in the field of producing Jamaican cultural souvenirs because technically Canada can produce these too but it is much easier and sufficient to produce them in Jamaica where there is a cheaper labour cost and it is also the origin of Jamaican culture. 2. Canadian Mosaic Canadian Mosaic is a term people are using to describe the interactions between different ethnic groups in the Canadian society, which is composed of a large percentage of Jamaicans and other ethnic groups; in the GTA alone, there are about 90,000 Jamaican Canadians. 3. Culture Culture is the common beliefs, customs, and values among a group of people; in Jamaica, the Jamaican culture is a very distinct culture that is composed of African heritage and native Caribbean heritage. 4. Currency Exchange rate The currency exchange rate for one Jamaican Dollar equals approximately 0.015 US Dollar, which means people can exchange one US Dollar for about 67 Jamaican Dollars. 5.
