Psychosocial health encompasses the following dimensions of health: Intellectual (mental) - rational thinking, analysis, usage of brainpower, responding appropriately to life circumstances and life’s challenges Emotional - feelings, responding in a stable manner in upsetting events, expressing emotions appropriately

Psychosocial Health continued: Social - ability to have good relationships and interacting with family, friends, and people Spiritual - awareness of a higher purpose in life, seeking sense of belonging to something greater than physical life
