Memorandum To: All ABM 222 Students ( This is the person(s) receiving the memorandum ) From: Instructor Larry Zink LTZ ( This is the person sending the memorandum ) Date: August 26, 2010 ( Always include the date) Subject: Completion of Assignments via Memorandum ( This is the topic of the memorandum ) The purpose of this memo is to inform you about how to prepare your homework assignments. With the exception of the PSA Written Project and the RSS Written Report, all assignments should be prepared in memo format. Unless stated otherwise, all memos should be one-page in length and a 12-point font should be used. All assignments should look exactly like this memo format. Assignments that are multiple pages must be stapled in the upper left hand corner. All other formats will be marked down one full grade . Memoranda are single spaced with double spacing between the paragraphs. Use full justification to save space. Here are some additional format rules for business memoranda: A memorandum must have one inch margins on all sides. Headings and sub-headings may be used to help organize the memorandum.
