This assignment will be due on Thursday February 16 th , 2012. PS Assignment 3 must be submitted via the Angel drop box for the given assignment. The assignment must be submitted by 11:55 p.m. February 16th. Assignments must be submitted as word documents. When submitting assignments they must be submitted in the following manner: Your last name and then the assignment description. Example: Zink PS Assignment 3 Spring 2012.doc In PSA 3, you will compose a business letter to your PSA salesperson. An example letter is available in the PSA Assignment list, “Sample Letter ” Note: This letter is not to be completed in memo format.

Unformatted text preview: Your letter will be critiqued for the following: 1. A proper heading, including the correct address of the salesperson 2. The body of the letter should begin with the letter's statement of purpose 3. Statement of understanding of the shadow day details such as: o appointment date o meeting place and meeting time o attire 4. State how you are looking forward to the shadow day in your conclusion 5. A proper closing, including your signature, and 6. As always, proper grammar should be used After we return this assignment back to you, you should make the necessary corrections and then send it to your PSA salesperson.
