What are the structures of the conducting zone vs respiratory zone? 8. What is external respiration/internal respiration? 9. What muscles are involved in breathing?  Relaxed vs. forced? 10. What factors influence pulmonary ventilation?  How does each factor contribute? 11. What causes the lungs to recoil during exhalation? 12. What would be the consequences of changing any of the above factors? 13. What is the respiratory membrane?
