What are some of the cautions to be aware of when using teams? What tests should be applied to see if a team fits the situation? Notably, there has been an increase in the demand for communication while managing conflicts and running meetings. However, it was important to test whether a team can best fit the situation, and this called for suggestions on three tests to be applied (Ceri-Booms, Curşeu & Oerlemans, 2017). First, can the work be executed successfully when more than one person is employed? A good indicator is a consideration of the work complexity and the various perspectives involved.
