Furnish and install sodded lawn as described in Contract Documents. B. Related Sections 1. Section 02901 - General Planting Requirements 1.2 DELIVERY, STORAGE, AND HANDLING A. Harvest, deliver, store, and handle sod in accordance with requirements of ‘American Sod Producers (ASPA) Specifications for Turfgrass Sod Materials and Transplanting / Installing.’ B. Cut and lift sod by method acceptable to Architect. Cut sod in pieces approximately 3 / 4 to one inch thick. Roll or fold sod so it may be lifted and handled without breaking or tearing and without loss of soil. C. Schedule deliveries to coincide with topsoil operations and laying. Keep storage at job site to minimum without causing delays. 1. Deliver, unload, and store sod on pallets within 24 hours of being lifted. 2.
