Christopher Johnson August 4, 2011 How to work in a diverse team Every team is different no matter what it is for. Be it for a project or an assignment different learning styles and personality types are always an obstacle. Learning styles are the individualized concept of learning methods. There are seven different learning styles in all and are unique in their own way. Some of these learning styles are bodily, visual, and verbal. These three styles are different and require different strategy for effective communication and collaboration among your selected learning styles. For bodily styles of learning you have to make things physical by adding activities that challenge them physically. They enjoy making things with their hands. Some find it hard to stay still, movement helps they retain what they learned. They remember and understand more when they learn in an active way. Visual learners are more prone to seeing how to do things. Students like to keep an eye on the lesson by sitting
