Every Regal Marine product has a life cycle. These cycles have four stages: Introduction, growth, maturity and decline. The life cycle of these products last only a few years also having a relationship with products of sales, costs, and profit over the life cycle of a product. In order to maintain goods services, Regal seeks advice and input from various dealers and consultants. . There product line has 22 models all having different life cycles with them. With life cycles so short, a steady streamline of products are required. The product life cycle helps Regal Marine plan alternating marketing strategies to address the challenges that their products are likely to face. What strategy does Regal use to stay competitive?

Regal keeps its key suppliers on board early and urging them to participate at the design stage. This company improves both innovation and quality while speeding product development. What kind of benefits are Regal achieving by using CAD technology rather than traditional drafting techniques? The benefits achieved by Regal are that they can get a head start on the rough sketch. CAD (computer- aided design) speeds the development process quicker. CAD helps the designer determine the engineer data like dimensions, strength or weight of its product.
