Concept behind stp: - Since 1986 teknosport sales personnel have required to complete a 5 day sales training program. - even though teknosport high personnel with good athletic background there still required to go through the training to become familiar with the different sports the company caters to. - stp is designed to help new hires also become familiar and obtain specialized skills for demonstrating products. - helping customers to select the products best suitable to their needs, also teaching customer how to use the equipment they have purchased.
