SERVANT LEADERSHIP2Thesis statementServant leadership in healthcare organizations promotes quality clinical outcomes.Servant leadership in healthcare organizationsIn recent days, people believe that the current health care system is broken and unsustainable. Among the challenges that have led to drawing such a conclusion include increased health costs, decreased quality in clinical services, high turnover rates, and frequent occurrence of medical errors. It has been noticed that the increased medical faults arise while trying to equilibrium the rapid demand growth for improved healthcare value from patients and the overall health counterparts. In efforts to form a positive change, healthcare providers are required to learn how to effectually lead the patients, those within the health organizations, and the overall stake holders. Generally, nursing leadership has a substantial effect in health care systems (Jack, 2018). Poor leadership within a health care organization have been associated with negative results that adversely impact the normal; functioning of the organization leading topoor health services.There are various leadership models that health care leaders can use and refer to while rendering services and taking assigned roles in the organization. Servant leadership emerges to be the best model for health care providers as it emphases on the strength of the team, effective relationships, promoting trust and serving the requirements of patients (Jack, 2018). Servant leadership is a style of leadership that emphasizes on power-sharing models of authority and encourages collective decision making. The overall objective of servant leaders is to create healthy organizations that provide quality services. Normally, servant leadership focus on attaining a strong health organizational performance (Northouse 2019).
SERVANT LEADERSHIP3A servant leader’s objective is to assist the subordinates become more creative, and more willing to handle their tasks. They motivate the subordinates to perform to their fullest capacities(Gunnarsdóttir, Edwards, & Dellve, 2018). In health care organizations, effective relationships need to be enhanced in efforts to gain the positive outcomes associated with servantleadership. First, servant leaders seek to create effective relationships with the subordinates. Such
