Physics is a cumulative subject, so make it sure that you understand basic concepts and typical problem solving techniques in previous chapters before moving on to a new chapter. ________________________________________________________________________________ A. Projectile Motion 1. Does the acceleration of a projectile change during projectile motion? 2. What are the x and y components of velocity at the top of a projectile motion. 3. A stone is dropped at the same instant at which another stone is thrown horizontally from the same initial elevation. Which will reach the ground first? Which is faster when they reach the ground? 4. A ball is thrown at 20 m/s at an initial angle of 30º from the top of a building. The ball hits the ground with a horizontal distance of 50 m. Find the height of the building.
