CEN 3031 HOMEWORK 6 Due Date: 11:59 PM, Wednesday, April 13. You are required to read chapters 17-19 of Mythical Man-Month and answer the following  questions: 1. David Harel, in the 1992 paper, "Biting the Silver Bullet," undertakes the most careful  analysis of "No Silver Bullet" (NSB) that has been published. Harel sees both "NSB" and  Parnas's 1984 "Software Aspects of Strategic Defense Systems," as "far too bleak." So he  aims to illuminate the brighter side of the coin, subtitling his paper "Toward a Brighter  Future for System Development." So where does Harel perceive gloom in "NSB" to  arise? And what are the book author's opinions toward these? 2.
