Composition 1102, section 009 4 September 2007 My Mp3 Player I had many presents, but my Mp3 player is special. My father bought it in Korea six years ago when Mp3 players were not commonly used in China. He gave it to me with wishes that it would help me with my English. To me, it was foreign and expensive. It was as small as a matchbox. Background light could be red, blue or pink. From the little screen, I could see the information of the music that was playing. On the right, four little buttons made up of the controller. I could not believe this small instrument could play songs, record voice and broadcast radio programs. At that time, Mp3 players were expensive than iPod today. Holding it in my hand, I was as if carrying a rare treasure. I was the only one in class started to use Mp3 player while others were using a Walkman or a CD player. I liked to take it out and listen to it in front of others. They would come over, look at it, and leave with an admiring look. I enjoyed the feeling of showing it off. It provided me with great sense of satisfying.
