Objective and Goals: Find the difference between male and female in E-mail communication and find the possible solution to solve the misunderstanding in communication between male and female. Readers: E-mail user and technical communicator Thesis statement: To inform the readers that gender difference can emerge from e-mail communication because educational background, the position in the society, personality and the writing skills are the contributors to differences between male and female in e-mail communication. I. Introduction: Along with the evolution of human society, people have developed their communication abilities and the media by which they interact. In computer media communications, there are other aspects to consider. For instance, the writer is distant in or space from the recipient, as it is with a machine. However, the writer is behind a screen and may not know of the recipient; this appears to result in the loosening of society identity. In addition, gender difference can also be detected through the letter
