Soundness: followed the correct form Induction : works in the opposite direction, movies from particular cases to make inductive generalizations o The measure of an inductive generalization is the question of the size and quality of the sample set o Takes lot of specific individual cases and creates an over-arching claim Argument : a specific way of advancing something that you want to prove o
