Diet Project: Part I 3 DAY FOOD RECORD 25 POINTS KEEP A 3 DAY FOOD RECORD: Record EVERYTHING you eat and drink for three consecutive days: two week days and one weekend day (example: Thursday, Friday, and Saturday). Use the food record forms below: 1 per day. Photocopy or print off additional food record forms, if needed. You will be instructed in class on estimating serving sizes and on how to keep the record using the provided forms. Grading is based on detail, thoroughness and neatness. Keep a copy of the food record, as you will need it to do part II. Record as you go. Do not try to remember what you ate at the end of the day as it will be much more difficult and not as accurate. You may choose to do all 3 parts of the Diet Project on yourself or another adult (> 18 years old).
