This week’s accomplishments Visited the ASL lab to o Learn how to start the Boeing wind tunnel o Check the stability time of the wind tunnel o Learn how the Lab View software works with the wind tunnel o Search for scraps that can be reused for the model aircraft Begun writing lab experiment Brainstormed ideas for minimizing the effect of the pitch-able stand Designed model aircraft in CATIA Researched material for aircraft Aircraft Design The minimum requirements of the model aircraft are to 1) fit into the wind tunnel test section, 2) be durable enough for reuse, 3) generate lift, 4) have a noticeable change in lift with change in center of gravity, and 5) have a noticeable change in lift with a change
