Standard penalties: a grade of 0 on the assignment you cheated on, and a deduction of 5% from your course grade. You will also be reported to the Associate Dean of Undergraduate Studies. Questions are encouraged, but please refrain from talking in class - it is disrespectful to your classmates who are trying to listen to the lectures. Think about whether bringing your laptop to class will help you pay attention or not. Dont play games or watch videos that will distract your classmates.
