Unformatted text preview: Suggested Study Plan Since you have limited attempts on the graded homework assignments and quizzes, I highly recommend that you take advantage of the learning tools available under the Study Plan tab (located on the left hand side of the screen) before attempting the graded assignments. Also, do not use a calculator during the practice problems, homework assignments, and quizzes. You will not be allowed to use a calculator on the midterm and final, so you should know how to do the problems without one. Below is an example of what to do for each section: 1. CD Video Lectures a) Watch the video lecture for the section you would like to work on. (Think of this as taking the place of coming to campus for an in person lecture). 2. Left click on Study Plan (this opens a new window) a) If a pop-up blocker appears, click on Continue. 3. Left click on the section you would like to practice and study a) For instance, click on Ch. 1: Review of Real Numbers b) Click on 1.2 Symbols and Sets of Numbers Note: If you click on the + icon, it will break down section 1.2 into Note: If you click on the + icon, it will break down section 1....
