Objectives: Following this lesson, the student will be able to: 1. Understand essentials for chapter success, 2. What roles members fill in working toward chapter goals, 3. Develop a POA (Program of Activities), and 4. Form standing and special committees for proper chapter functioning. Focus: Name and write as many FFA officers that are used in local chapters as you can in one minute. Ask, what is the most important office? (Discussion). Using the diagram on page 43, have the class establish station markers and place them at the appropriate locations in the classroom for a properly arranged meeting room. Power
