Lesson Notes Supervised Agricultural Experience (SAE) Lesson Plan Purpose: The Purpose of this lesson is to inform students of the purpose of the SAE program and to expose them to different SAE variations. Objectives: Following this lesson, the student will be able to: 1. Define SAE programs, 2. Describe various types of SAE’s, 3. Persuade students to develop and SAE, 4. Describe the philosophical, psychological, educational and legal basis for SAEP’s, 5. Analyze different SAE models, and 6. Implement and explain the different types of SAE’s. Focus: Newspaper headlines on power point slides. o Show the headlines and pose the questions on the power point slides, which follow. Power Point Slides
