Box 129 / Phone: (806) 637-4772 Fax: (806) 637-2585 Wellman, Texas 79378 To: Parents of Judging Team Members From: Kyle McGregor Subject: Dear Parents, The Wellman-Union FFA will be traveling to two judging contests on Friday the 31st and Saturday the 1st. The trip is our annual practice contest run to West Texas A&M and Clarendon College. We will leave on Friday morning in order to compete at WTAMU. After this contest we will travel to Amarillo to spend the night, so that we may leave for the Clarendon contest the very next morning. The school will provide for each student’s meals and lodging. We will be staying at Home Gate Studios in Amarillo, (806) 358-7943. Students will need to bring a little spending money for snacks or incidentals while we are gone. The number of the mobil phone

If there are any conflicts with track or any other events, please let me know because we are arranging travel to and from each contest. I am very proud of each student that is participating on a team, they are showing initiative and leadership skills that will help them throughout life. There will be a required practice for Ag. Mechanics, Cotton, Dairy Products, and Poultry teams on Thursday, March 30, beginning at 6 pm. Any team member who does not make this practice will not be allowed to go on the trip, exceptions will be made for those with school or family conflicts.
