In the process of developing aneffective strategy for the product lunch the product manager and team will roll out a plan thatmust include three major phases before they can attract the intended target market. In this paperwe will discuss these three phases of an effective strategy development to launch a new weightloss pill. We will examine the planning phase, the development phase, and the target marketphase. These three phases will be considered in the process of developing a strategic lunch of the
