Introduction The project proposes to establish a small business of a clean meal food stand, branded as “Student Food Trip”, SFT for short. It is a food stall which aims to sell high quality meals that are appealing to the mass especially to students. The stall concept was chosen to be established because aside from having novelty student meals, it would serve as all-time favorite for all seasons. The store itself is ergonomically designed leaving no area for insects and pests to get in touched with the food to be served. It has secured translucent containers where the food will be stored. This will also help preserve freshness of the food and will also allow people to choose from the

variety of goods. The store also includes an inviting design that attracts more customers to come. II. Summary of The Project Study The researchers plan to name the food stand, Student Food Trip (SFT), located inside the Mapua Intramuros Cafeteria. SFT shall provide clean, delicious, and sumptuous yet affordable food which appeals to the mass, especially students of Mapua Institute of Technology Intramuros. The stall promises to keep a well-maintained food stand to secure the right of customers to avail novelty meals. The meals shall vary each day, a different set to match the craving of it customers. III. Proponent, Management, and Personnel A. Proponent The main project coordinators are Mr. Mark Elis Espiridion and Mr. Benjamin De Guzman. It is a business of nine daring entrepreneur (can be considered as a small corporation), whose members share the risks and losses with each other partners yet with a maximum flexibility for growth of the business. Each member will have limited liability of the individual shareholders and there will be a bigger room for professionalism in management. However, this is just a small business so the organization structure has a simple flow, not as complicated as big ventures. B. Management The central idea of the management is to make every action or decision help achieve carefully chosen goals. The word management is also used to define a group of people called executives who perform management activities Objectives: 1) To keep the subordinates alert to what is expected from them
