Unformatted text preview: student is not educated enough. Students have many different opportunities while growing up, but some students have way more opportunities than others. This creates a much more difficult job for both the teachers and the school district as a whole. When I was a child I used to think that reading was boring, but would always be read to by my parents until I was able to read myself. Even then I still hated reading, but my parents would always encourage me to read. Although I should know better by now, I cannot help thinking that everyone has equal opportunity when it comes to reading. It is hard to imagine not being able to get my hands on a book or another reading material such as a newspaper. At the same time that I believe reading can be very boring, I also believe that I would not be where I am today without my childhood reading....
