Andrew Lazarow WRT 205 Individual Reflective Assessment As a student in the Whitman School of Management I have had to work in many groups over the past 2 years. Some of the groups I worked in were able to get along very well and others, not so much. When we were split up into groups for unit 2 I immediately knew that my group would work well together. I was part of group three that consisted of Vincent Oreilly and Matt Linaburg. Immediately after we got into groups we decided to stay ahead of the game and make sure that we got our assignments done ahead of schedule and before we had to do it last minute and rush. We took down both our phone numbers and e-mail addresses so that we would have two forms of contact with each other. We split up our chapters in order to complete our oral presentation and went to work. The most efficient way our group stayed in touch was through e-mail. We worked well together e-mailing back and forth answering each other’s questions and sharing information in order to make sure our presentation went smoothly. Our next task was the booklet, which my
