The companies do not need their software programmers on site at all times, however Infosys delivers the installation on site as needed. Infosys wants their target market to be broad because they desire to be challenged by different projects. Infosys’s employees are hired based on their problem solving and analytical skills therefore they require challenges in the workplace to feel fulfilled in their field of work. Infosys’s target market are companies who are looking to cut back on software development and installation by outsourcing to a company specializing in IT and IS; however this doesn’t mean the Infosys customer is cutting back completely on quality.
