Unformatted text preview: Barack Obama's Victory Speech By Jean Edouarzin The speech that I choose was Barack Obamas Victory Speech. There are many reasons why I choose this speech including the historical significance, the manner in which Obama presents himself, and his powerful demeanor while behind the podium. He tries to look the entire crowd during the speech, and properly pauses when necessary for applauses. Overall I thought this was a fantastic speech for the simple fact in how President Obama never stutters, plays with his hands, pauses, or has to repeat himself. President Obama begins his speech stating and reintegrating that America really is the land of opportunity. Any doubts that we have ever had in our beloved nation that the answer has been found tonight. Immediately, this grabbed the viewers attention. President Obama also states Its the answer told by lines that stretched around schools and churches in numbers this nation has never seen; by people who waited three hours and four hours He frequently uses...
