They were there to protest a newly syndicated television show hosted by Dr. Laura Schlessinger. The stated motive for the protest was opposition to what the marchers called '.:bate speech" by the talk- show hostess. But what's really going on here is the _.L attempt to suppress all opposition to homosexuality.
