Grain protein (0.4-0.5, limited by lysine) combined with white bean proteins (0.6-0.7, limited by methionine) gives a PDCAAS of about 1.0. (Note, PDCAAS are capped at 1.0, so proteins that have good quantities of all essential amino acids max out on the scale.)...
