Overall, I think I am doing fine, but improvement in the proteins department. My diet usually varies from the traditional diet to low fat and low protein diet according to the information on the Nutrition Data website. But, since I seem to cover it up during the weekends, I feel that my diet is all right though it could do with some improvement....
