A f e d e r a l s t a t u t e provides a s follows: "Whoever f a l s e l y and w i l f u l l y r e p r e s e n t s himself t o be a c i t i z e n of t h e United S t a t e s s h a l l be f i n e d n o t more than $1,000 o r imprisoned n o t more than t h r e e years, o r both." #2. A s t a t u t e i n t h e S t a t e of Shock ( a s t a t e w i t h i n t h e United S t a t e s ) provides t h a t : "No person under t h e age of 18 may r e g i s t e r t o v o t e i n a n a t i o n a l election.ll The Shock criminal Code punishes a s a misdemeanor r e g i s t r a t i o n by anyone n o t e l i g i b l e because of age t o vote. #3. Both f e d e r a l and Shock s t a t e law contain attempt s t a t u t e s e x a c t l y s i m i l a r t o 901 of t h e Pennsylvania crimes Code. #4. The f e d e r a l conspiracy law, 18 U . S . C . 9 371, provides a s follows: " I f two o r more persons conspire e i t h e r t o commit any offense a g a i n s t t h e United S t a t e s , o r t o defraud t h e United S t a t e s , o r any agency thereof i n any manner o r f o r any purpose, and one o r more of such persons do any a c t t o e f f e c t t h e o b j e c t of t h e conspiracy, each s h a l l be f i n e d n o t more than $10,000 o r imprisoned n o t more than f i v e years, o r both. " # 5 . The S t a t e of Shock conspiracy s t a t u t e is e x a c t l y s i m i l a r t o Pennsylvania crimes Code 903. #6. The Shock homicide s t a t u t e s a r e e x a c t l y t h e same a s ~ a l i f o r n i a Penal Code 187-192 found a t pages 204-205 i n t h e Kadish & Paulsen t e x t ....
