Introduction: learning, perception, social position, attitudes, personality, stress, groups . These terms will help us understand the situation of working people, we get the tools to understand organizational behavior. The term organizational behavior is an area in which to meet the ambitious question of what makes certain organizations effective in terms of human behavior in applied level . Over the years the answer to this question varies depending on changing trends in the world and in accordance with general norms of relating to people . History : Late 19th century, early 20th century, the Industrial Revolution began, until then were not organizations like today. The revolution people began to work and began to rise questions on ways of dealing with employees. These days, began to flourish controlled method of investigating and is called the "Taylor" - "scientific management approach ." Scientific management approach : Basic assumptions : 1 . Workers are motivated only by economic incentives . 2
