These terms will help us understand the situation of working people, we get the tools to understand organizational behavior. The term organizational behavior is an area in which to meet the ambitious question of what makes certain organizations effective in terms of human behavior in applied level . Over the years the answer to this question varies depending on changing trends in the world and in accordance with general norms of relating to people . History : Late 19th century, early 20th century, the Industrial Revolution began, until then were not organizations like today. The revolution people began to work and began to rise questions on ways of dealing with employees. These days, began to flourish controlled method of investigating and is called the "Taylor" - "scientific management approach ." Scientific management approach : Basic assumptions : 1 . Workers are motivated only by economic incentives . 2 . Employees would rather spend a minimum of effort . Fish: Students will get a high grade with minimal effort. Based on this approach the lecturer did not evaluate the student, he will give a lot of tasks that under the assumption that the student does nothing professor had no checks . Access principles : 1 . Planning the work process by analysis of the tasks, tools and human skills required . 2 . Very strict supervision of employees . 3 . Reducing the discretion of the employee, the employee no discretion - driven only by money . 4 . Breaking tasks simple and monotonously . 5 . Salary depends on productivity . Much is the research work must be made how to provision be accurate as possible. Thus was born a whole area called human engineering, this is 2. Globalization (related to the information revolution) - Today things are different, with the click of a button, we send and share information with dozens of people who can be a different physical place, - Change the World . You can extract the relevant information needed to market online . Result of the revolution is not necessarily the company works in one place, could cooperate between physically distant firms. The world is becoming a village area of the game is not local but universal - globalization . 3 . Affect the personal lives. The market is changing rapidly, there are many layoffs, less stable, people live huge salaries and then a year without work, life and other completely. Today there is a trend of financial savings that result due to uncertainty about the future. Overall, today has returned to the method Tyler; measure the employees in achieving power, we summarize the discussion at this point and conclude this review by the employee's condition did not become clear: good or bad, but, becomes more significant and the point becomes higher ....
