Sierra’s Theory of Communicativity How much is communication valued in your organization, or in organizations you have worked for or be a part of in the past? I would have to say that most of the organizations that I have worked for have valued the communication process, there are so many ways to communicate in an office, such as E-mail, Share point (electronic bulletin board/document postings/standard operating procedures/organizational social committees. Then there is the flyers, meetings, all calls for a formal presentation, inter office mail, safety boards, and of course bulletin boards read files (electronic or hard copy) all of these methods have a cost associated with them from next to nothing to enterprise expense but they are all invested in the way day to day communications are made. 2.
