Lesson 1: Don’t lose faith in oneself but have confidence in what one does. Self-Confidence and faith is one of the most important characteristics a leader should have. By having self confidence, he/she is able to accomplish their task and let their people or subordinates get confidence and are motivated in what they are doing. Confidence is the fundamental element of the leadership role. As a leader, it is (s) he responsibility to be confident in their subordinates and not lose faith by facing obstacles. In fact, a leader should be stronger and believe in his self or herself more during the times of crisis. It helps his/her people feel reassured and not to lose faith in their leader. Also by having confidence in would help the leader make better decisions, but at the same time when a leader made a wrong decision the subordinates or people should be willing to accept it and help their leader make correct choices.
