This course will prepare the learner to effectively teach a course in lifetime fitness and wellness. Course Objectives : By the end of the semester the student should be able to: Demonstrate a working knowledge of the benefits of exercise, and of a physically active lifestyle. Develop physical activity behaviors associated with lifetime personal fitness and wellness. Participate in the conduction and interpretation of personal fitness assessments. Present a lesson and activity to the class with the proper demonstration of technique and organization. Attendance and Participation
