Suddenly ½ % of the electrons in person A are transferred to person B (5 of every 1000 electrons). 1. What is now the sign of the net charge on (or in) person A? On person B? (answer +, -, or zero). 2. Is the electric force between these two people attractive or repulsive? 3. To estimate the net magnitude of electric charge on each person, we need to find how many electrons each person had to begin with. Let's start with an estimate of each person's mass. Since this is an estimate, we can just try to make a reasonable guess... Let's say each person has mass 80 kg. What are people primarily made of?
