A Mother’s Sacrifice  ( too centered on the subject, not enough on the picture ) Melissa Ann Pinney stated that  “Although I have always been drawn to what is hidden especially  concerning women’s experiences, I couldn’t say for certain that I would have recognized the secluded  diaper-changing scene at Disney World as a possible subject until my daughter, Emma, was born.”  (good  quote) Though this quote describing her feelings about this picture may seem obvious, the simple picture  Pinney has captured of the diaper-changing station in Disney World shows how society takes a mother’s  role for granted. In Pinney’s picture, Disney World,  mothers and children are shown being crowded in a small,  poorly lit diaper-changing room.  Though we would ignore this situation and actually think of this congested  area as a nuisance,  for a mother it is a constant struggle to provide her child with comfort
