Joe Lipsey III 4/18/2011 UC 275 Reflection 8 So far our team meetings have been good. Before they began I did not know what to expect from them. I wasn’t really sure what we would talk about, if there would be a lot of homework or if it would be set up like the GIEU Retreat we would be expected to attend. After the initial meeting I became more comfortable with how things would work. The first meeting was cool; it was good to finally see who my team members were. I was curious as to how many men there would be compared to the amount of women. It happens to be that the majority of our group is made up of women and I am not surprised. It became clear we would be learning much more about what we would be doing at our field site as well as learning how to do certain things, such as surveying, the correct way. Our meetings are set up just like an actual class. Our team leader pretty much lectures with slides and there are also times when we do small group projects or outside assignments.

As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
