They generally reached their heyday as industrial cities in the mid 20 th century. They are “cosmopolitan cities”. Typically locations of racially homogenous cities (blacks, whites, Hispanics). These cities are increasingly cities of color. Project : (Presentation tomorrow, report due the 21 st ). You need four items (articles) to use to talk about the Emergency Manager Legislation. Detroit Public Schools are under Emergency Manager Legislation (Roy Roberts, a formal GM executive). - Before people were appointed to be Emergency Financial Managers but now they have taken away the “financial” part in order to allow for the manager to be able to do more. -
