The first is to be as accurate as is humanly possible, to know the rules of accounting and to be able to apply them to my job. To put my company’s needs before my own to think about the information that I am reporting and how that information is used to help my employer make decision about the wages and benefits that are given to the other employee’s. To be upfront with any and all information pertaining to the finances of the company wither bad or good without fear because the information is what sustain the company.
