Ashley: In my opinion, the general expectation of the team are to work together, discuss assignment related  issues or misunderstandings, and find which areas and learning styles we each have to create a strategy on  completing assignments for each one. We can also find common qualities and ways to communicate on these  assignments to ensure we meet our goals for completion, team work, and overall strong work. Sabrina: My personal expectations at this point are that each team member takes an active role; therefore we all  know what to expect from them early on in this program. I also think that the entire team; should decide as a  group what the expectations, rules and guidelines are as the group progresses as well. In addition, I think that it  demonstrates poor team membership if the other team members do not post early unless they have an
