Find the standard divisor for this apportionment problem. 15000/30=500 c. What is the meaning of this number? Average # of passengers per bus. For every 500 passengers on a certain route, 1 bus is apportioned. d. Use Hamilton's method to apportion the 30 buses among the four routes. Use the above table and add columns as needed.
